Getting Started with Stora#

Stora is an AI-powered platform for mobile app store optimization. It handles screenshot generation, metadata optimization, compliance checking, and store submission — so you can focus on building your app.

What Stora Does#

  • Screenshot Generation — AI-driven capture engine that produces App Store and Google Play screenshots across all required device sizes, with customizable design styles.
  • ASO (App Store Optimization) — Keyword research, competitor analysis, and AI-generated metadata (title, subtitle, description, keywords) with multi-locale support.
  • Compliance Scanning — 40+ rule checks across privacy, security, metadata, functionality, accessibility, and monetization categories.
  • Store Submission — Direct submission to App Store Connect and Google Play Console, with dry-run validation.

Quick Start#

1. Sign Up#

Create your account at stora.sh. You can sign in with GitHub or email.

2. Import Your Project#

You have two options:

  • GitHub Import — Connect your GitHub account and select a repository. Stora will analyze your codebase automatically.
  • Binary Upload — Upload an .ipa or .apk file directly if you don't want to connect source code.

3. Generate Screenshots#

Navigate to the Screenshots tab and create a new collection. Stora's AI agent will walk through your app, capture screens, and generate styled screenshots for every required device size.

4. Optimize Metadata#

Use the ASO tools to research keywords, analyze competitors, and generate optimized metadata. Stora can write your app title, subtitle, description, and keyword list.

5. Check Compliance#

Run a compliance scan to catch issues before submission. Stora checks for common rejection reasons including missing privacy policies, incorrect content ratings, and accessibility gaps.

6. Submit to the Store#

Once everything looks good, submit directly from Stora. Use dry-run mode first to validate without actually submitting.
